Cherie McKay
Cherie McKay joined Wellink in March 2009.
Since studying psychology and genetics at Massey University she has worked within the Mental Health NGO sector in the lower North Island in a variety of roles, initially starting out as a casual support worker in 2004.
Cherie has a passion for working with people and supporting their development and growth. She also has a strong interest in developing effective and dynamic services, along with the structures and staff skills to support this.
Her personal interests include crafts, music, animals, and acting/singing/dancing.
Cherie is continuing with studies in management through Massey University currently and is looking towards starting a post graduate Diploma in Health Service Management in 2010.
