Titahi Bay
The Titahi Bay team provides supported accommodation for fourteen people and support to people that live independently in the Porirua community.
The team provide support that is flexible to meet the needs of people using the service. There is a strong emphasis on supporting people to make connections in the community, linking people with other community agencies and supporting them to persue training, employment and leisure activities.
